Appointment Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you need <strong>cancel or reschedule your session<\/strong>, we ask that you notify us with <strong>at least 24 hours in advance.<\/strong>. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a fee of <strong>50%<\/strong> of the total cost of the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>no-shows<\/strong> (failure to attend the appointment without prior notice) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Since Reiki is an energy wellness practice and each session is unique, <strong>we do not offer refunds for Reiki sessions that have already taken place<\/strong>. Additionally, we offer a <strong>welcome package that includes a free session<\/strong>, so that new clients can try the experience. If, after that first session, you are not satisfied and decide not to continue with the sessions, no refund will be necessary, as your decision to not continue will be sufficient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We understand that serious incidents can sometimes occur that are completely beyond our clients' control. In such cases, we want to reassure you that we will act with the utmost empathy and flexibility. If you need to reschedule your session or request a refund due to a major unforeseen circumstance, we\u2019ll be happy to assist you.
